I collaborated with a team of developers to launch a new corporate website for CoreLogic, a company providing financial, property and consumer information, analytics and business intelligence based in Irvine.
It took several months of work with the CoreLogic Marketing department and the other developers. The website uses the Crownpeak Content Management System.
I was responsible for building pages based on wireframes, applying and testing forms, editing and reviewing page images and content and building blog articles, while adhering to style guide recommendations.

The idea behind the Connactivites app was to build a platform where users could sign in, post activities and view other users' postings. For instance, a user could create a hiking post and another user could respond to it and go hiking with that user.
I was responsible for prototyping, designing and coding the UI components of the application.

I already created a mock Wells Fargo app for the iPhone. Then I created an emailer to promote and feature the new app. I thought it was only appropriate to create a one-page responsive landing page to where visitors could download the app and see some of the app's features in screenshots.
I followed the Wells Fargo brand guidelines as much as I could. I also tried to incorporate new design patterns and tools that I hadn't seen Wells Fargo use before, like the Bootstrap responsive framework. So I used Bootstrap along with the Simple Line Icons site because they had the best icons I could find the showcase the app's features.
I am a Wells Fargo customer. However, I haven't always been satisfied with the banking products that they've offered.
So I created my own concept of the mobile app. Then I thought it would be a good idea to create a promotional email for the app.
I researched the various email notifications I've received over the years and decided to take a stab at creating my own emailer.
I focused on having a minimalist aesthetic. Most banking apps and emails are cluttered with impertinent details and I wanted mine to be clean and direct with plenty of white space. It also had to be responsive as the majority of emails are read through mobile email clients.
The Wells Fargo iOS app lacks both a good user experience and a crisp user interface. Both are key differentiators as mobile banking increases. Wells Fargo is missing a competitive opportunity.
I researched the most common mobile banking activities which are:
∙ monitoring account balances
∙ transferring funds and paying bills
∙ depositing checks via mobile checking
I focused on these three points for my design. I started by sketching some interface layouts on graph paper. Then I created wireframes in Sketch. Afterward, I completed the new interfaces in Sketch.

I used to work in the Marketing department at Utility Trailer Manufacturing Company. Before my time there, the company would print a small magazine called "Utilitopics" and would distribute it company-wide on a quarterly basis. The magazine would detail corporate news, new products and features, dealer stories, events, etc.
During my time there, we put this magazine online as well. However, not everyone was aware of it or checked it that often. Its been some years since I've worked there, but this online magazine gave me the idea of a quarterly email to be sent in tandem with the distribution of the printed brochure, with links to the appropriate articles, which is exactly what I made.
Utility Trailer is a successful, family-owned, trailer manufacturer. Due to this success, Utility promo items are popular and sell fast.
The majority of promo orders come from the corporate office. Utility also has 100+ dealerships across North and South America. Many truck drivers have also expressed interest in promo items. An e-commerce app would be best for ordering promo items. It would expand their customer base and increase brand awareness.
I created personas of typical promo item customers: corporate employees, dealers, and truck drivers. They represent those who make, sell and use trailers. After a few sketches, I created wireframes of several important screens. To finish, I created some of the popular items and designed the completed mockups.

There's a Baja Fresh about two miles from my place and I just love it. I've never signed up for emails from restaurants, but I had the thought of creating a responsive email for the chain, so I went for it.
I researched the brand and made sure that the corporate colors were correct via Chrome Inspect. Google Fonts was instrumental in selecting the two fonts for the tagline and the body copy. All in all, the email was pretty straight forward.

I thought an ecommerce app would help their business. I made an ecommerce app previously, but wanted to show more of the checkout process.
